Chapter 2- Procedure and Documentation for Sanction/Completion of Building Plans, Section 2.1- Copies of Plans and Statements

SECTION NO. 2.1- SIZES AND NOTATIONS OF BUILDING PLAN COPIES TO BE SUBMITTED FOR SANCTION

Four copies of plans and statements along with the notice to commence construction is to be submitted to the local Authority.
In case of those building schemes, which require clearance from the Delhi Fire Service, the number of copies of the plans and statements accompanying the notice is six.
The standard drawing sheets is as follows-

The key plan for a building proposal should not be drawn to a scale of less than 1: 10,000.
