This chapter contains:
- A risk-based classification of residential buildings and the procedure based on that classification which the builder of the property must follow while obtaining a building permit. There is a fast-track procedure in place to obtain a building permit for low-risk buildings.
- A list of infrastructure requirements to mitigate harm to the environment. This list is classified according to the built-up areas of buildings. For example, LED/ solar lights must be provided in common areas in properties with a built-up area is between 5000 sqm and 20,000 sqm.
