DDA (Permission of Residential Land and Building for Use as Banks) Regulations, 2003

These regulations govern the conversion of a residential property for use as a bank. They outline the requirements to be fulfilled for the conversion of such a property, the procedure of conversion, as well as the fees to be paid for the conversion.
