Sub-section (1) of section 57 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957.

This section enlists the requirements residential properties must fulfil so that they can be used as banks. It is further divided into 9 parts, which include provisions such as-

  1. The component authority which grants the permission will include the Vice chairman of (DDA) or any other local party nominated by the DDA.
  2. The application must be made in a specific format as prescribed by the DDA including building plans, location and the documents of ownership title.
